摘要
在住宅小区环境设计日益受到重视并迅速发展的今天,住宅小区环境设计评价的研究却刚刚起步,尤其缺少具体的评价指标。在构建住宅小区环境设计评价指标体系的基础上用层次分析法确定各指标权重,并用模糊综合评价法对方案进行评价。比较各方案的评价结果即可看出每个方案的优劣并确定最优方案,从而为住宅小区环境设计方案的招标工作提供依据。
As more attention being paid to environmental design of residential distrid and its rapid development, the evaluation of environmental design has just started, particularly in the absence of specific indicators for evaluation. In the foundation of residential distrid landscape designing appraisal target system, various target weights with the analytic hierarchy process were determined, and the appraisal to the plan with the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation was carried on. By comparing the results of the evaluation of the options, it showed each program the fit and unfit quality and determined the optimal program for residential district environment design program of the tender to provide the basis.
