摘要
以功能高分子为载体与羰基铑形成的配合物在甲醇羰基化制备乙酸的反应中显示了独具的活性、稳定性和选择性,成为继孟山都工艺之后又一个新型的催化体系,本文对此作了详述并指出了使用该催化剂在国产化进程中的前景。
A kind of homogeneous rhodium complex catalyst for the carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid and acetic anhydride has been developed in our laboratory by the complex reaction of rhodium compound with some special copolymers. The catalysts show higher activity, superior selectivity and good thermal stability. Moreover, a new evaPOration method has been adopted, which is better than the former flashing method of Monsanto. The application prospects of the catalysts for developing our 'acetic acid' industry are also described.
