摘要
提出了一种复杂形面的三维检测系统———交叉光轴投影光栅系统。该系统结构简单，方便实用。本文详细论述了该系统的相位测量原理，物理面形与所求相位之间的关系。最后给出了基于该系统的实际测量结果。
A new practical three dimensional testing system named by Cross Optical Axis Projector Grating System (COAPGS) is purposed for the measurement of complicated contour The COAPGS has simple structure,and is convenient to use This paper detailedly gives the measurement principle,and the relation between the contour of object to be measured and phase based on the COAPGS At last, the practical measurement results of a tooth modelwith the complicated shape and the error analysis are given
