摘要
本文描述了一种高灵敏管外夹持式超声流量计传感器,其灵敏度比传统的流量传感器高出50%。文中对它的安装作了详细论述;通过试验,对该新颖流量计的修正系数作了深入讨论;所推导公式可满足工程需要。作者研制的此种流量计的测量准确度达1%,预计今后将会成为一种主要的流量测量手段。
A high sensitivity sensor used for outer-clamped ultrasonic flowmeter is presented. Its sensitivity is about 50% higher than that of traditional sensor. The sensor installation is discussed in detail, and the flow correction coefficient is obtained from the experimental results. The coefficient formula can generally meet the needs of engineering purpose. The accuracy of the presented ultrasonic flowmeter may reach 1%. It is expected that this flowmeter would become one of the main flow measuring tools in the near future.
