摘要
目的:了解湘南地区泌尿生殖道感染沙眼衣原体分离株的基因型(血清型)分布情况。方法:应用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性分析,对湘南部分地区泌尿生殖道感染沙眼衣原体病人的62份阳性标本进行了基因分型。结果:沙眼衣原体基因型中,E型25份,D型14份,F型9份,G型7份,J型4份;有3份不典型基因型,未进一步分型。结论:湘南地区泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的基因型别以E型为主,其次为D型、F型、G型、J型。
Objective:To investigate the distribution of Chlamydia trachomatis serovars from detected cases of Chlamydia trachomatis infection in partial cities in Southern Hunan Area. Methods :The major outer membrane protein gene of Chlamydia trachomatis was amplified by nested polymerase chain reaction (nPCR) from clinical specimens collected in Chenzhou city. Restriction fragmemt length polymorphism (RFLP) were analyzed after Alu I and Msp I, digestion. Results: Sixty -two specimens were amplified and genotyped by RFLP. The most prevalent genotype was serotype E ( 25 ) , followed by D ( 14 ) , F ( 9 ) , G ( 7 ) , J ( 4 ) and others ( 3 ) untypical. Conclusions : The distribution of Chlamydia trachomatis serovars in Southern Hunan Area was that the most prevalent genotype was serotype E,followed by D, F,G and J.
