摘要
社会利益是当前法学界关注的一个焦点,对其内涵、独立性和评判标准等问题学者们已多有揭示和探讨。社会利益的法律调整涉及多个部门法,本文试图从经济法的角度,在解析社会利益基本属性的基础上,从理念和制度层面,探讨经济法和社会利益的关系。
Social interest is one of important issues which scholars are interested in. The issue has been discussed deeply from its concept, independence and weighting standards. The legal adjustment of social interest is concerned with many law departments. This paper, analyzing the basic features of social interest, from the aspects of legislation, idea and system, attempts to talk about the relation of the economic law and the social interest.
