摘要
通过事故现象,分析了事故原因是10kV系统发生单相间歇性弧光接地引起的。同时,分析了作为单相接地保护的消弧变压器,在事故发生时未起作用的原因。根据10kV中性点非直接接地系统的特点,提出了对10kV供电系统接地保护的改造建议。
By analyzing the accident phenomenon, the conclusion has been made that the accident was caused by single - phase intermittent arc earthing in lOkV system. Besides, the paper approaches the masons why the arcextinction transformer which acts as single - phase earthing protection doesn't work at the occurrence of accident. According to the characteristics of the neutral point indirect earthing system of 10kV, a proposal to rebuild the earthing protection for lOkV power supply system has been brought up
