摘要
二战后,台湾经四个阶段的产业结构调整,产业结构已接近发达国家水平。我国西部的经济发展水平与台湾地区实现工业化前的情况比较类似,高新技术的产业结构调整效应有相当积极的意义。形成发展高新技术产业的局部优势以及与台湾高新技术产业合作,是实现欠发达地区产业结构快速调整和“跨越式”发展的较好形式。
The industrial structure of Taiwan has already neared to the level of devdoped country via four adjustment stages after World War If. Between the economic development level of western region and that in Taiwan region before industrialization, there is much similitude. So the high technical play a certain positive meaning to industrial structure adjustment. To form partial advantage of developing the high new- tech industry and cooperate with new high- teeh industry in Taiwan are better measures to realize quick adjustment and leap - development of industrial structure of owe- developed region.
