摘要
在当前集群研究的基础上,分析了知识观理论在集群研究中的局限,借鉴知识分工理论对集群内生机理进行分析,提出一个基于集群知识分工和协调机制的理论模型,提出集群内部企业间非交易的相互依赖是实现知识共享、构成集体知识的基本条件,是集群租金的来源。尝试性地对已有集群理论做出拓展,为区域经济发展机构和政策制订者提供理论依据和现实指导。
Based on current research on cluster, this paper analyzes the limition of the current knowledge-based theory of cluster, and researches the endogenous mechanism of cluster. We build a concept model of cluster based on the division and coordination of knowledge, and we argue that untraded interdependencies are the base of knowledge sharing and collective knowledge developing ;and the root of Penrose rents. We attempt to explore a further research of cluster; giving the guidance of theory and practice to regional economic development agencies and policy--makers.
