摘要
在分析我国科技中介组织发展现状的基础上,对其运作机制进行了详尽地研究,并指出在经营管理、服务创新、执业资格测评等方面存在的主要缺陷和问题。以此基础,提出了一系列有关运作机制创新的对策建议。
Situation of the development of science and technology intermediary in China has been studied in this paper, and operation mechanism for it has also been analyzed. Problems in organization management, service innovation and personnel qualification evaluation have been inspected, and then, a series of suggestions to improve the efficiency for the operation mechanism of science and technology intermediary have been proposed.
