摘要
首先分析了“管理模式”的概念,接着阐述了历史上科学技术的发展所导致的管理模式的变迁,最后讨论了“科学技术是怎样作用于管理模式”的,并从管理者的素质、管理者作用于管理对象的行为方式和管理对象三个方面进行了深入、具体的分析。
This article first analyzes the concept of ＂managerial model＂. Then elaborates the evolution of management model caused by science and technology development historically,finally discussed the question ＂how does the science and technology influence the managerial model＂,and analyses profoundly from three aspects of the quality of the managers,the behavior way of the managers acting on the managerial objects, and the managerial objects.
