摘要
技术社会控制的对象无疑就是技术,但这种把技术作为一个抽象整体的概念来理解,不利于技术社会控制的实施。在思考技术的社会控制问题的基础上,就控制技术的那些方面进行分析,认为应该对技术对象进行划分,明确具体要控制技术的那些方面,从而避免在实践中的盲目性和无效性。技术社会控制的具体对象包括:工程控制理论中的控制对象;人文主义传统中技术客体的设计活动、技术发展的方向与速度技术的应用、技术应用的后果等等。
The objects of social control of technology are technology doubtless.But this kind of technology is an abstract and whole concept to be comprehended. It is disadvantage to implement in the social control oftechnology. This article in considering the foundation of social control of technology, carries on the analysis for technology which aspects to be controled. It thinks that should carry on the demarcation to the technology objects, definitely know what aspects to control technology in a specific way, thus avoiding blindness and invalid in the practice.The concrete objects of social control of technology include control objects within the engineering control theories, the design activity of technology objects, the direction and speed of technology development, technical application and technical applied result, etc. in the humanism tradition.
