摘要
生物多样性非原生境保护是原生境保护之外的重要途径。国际立法与实践已经明确了非原生境保护必要性与紧迫性。我国受威物种形势严峻,非原生境保护面临着场所较少、资金缺乏等问题。在分析我国非原生境保护现状及问题的基础上,提出了加强非原生境保护的几点对策。
Ex situ Conservation of Biological Diversity is a important way besides In situ Conservation. The importance and necessity of Ex situ Conservation has been proved by the international legislation and practice, The situation of endangered species in China is urgent for the reasons that the protection institutions are scarce and the special capital is not enough. The author proposes some suggestions to enforce Ex situ Conservation based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of China＇S Ex situ Conservation.
