摘要
用Panel data计量模型和经济学方法,实证分析了山东外商直接投资(FD I)和经济增长的关系,指出,应制定优惠政策吸引外商投资,在立法上增加投资的安全性和收益性,确保外商投资的合法权益,尽快健全各种要素市场,规范市场机制,改善市场环境,调整和转变政府经济管理职能,以“高效、公平、公开的”和“小政府、大市场”的政府形象吸引外商直接投资。
We mainly apply for Panel data econometric models and economics methods to analyze the relationship between FDI and economic growth by economy data. In order to attract foreign direct investment, we should set down policies which can benefit investors. Besides, we should enhance the security and profitability of the investment by perfecting legislation so as to ensure their licit interests; other measures that should be attached importance to are strengthening all kinds of factor markets, regulating the market mechanism, improving the market circumstance, adjusting and changing the governmental function on economic management, setting up the government images that ＂efficient, fair, open＂ and ＂small government, big market＂ to attract FDI.
