摘要
介绍了Ａｌ２Ｏ３－ＳｉＣ－Ｃ质自流浇注料在首钢５号高炉摆动槽上的应用。施工和使用结果表明，该自流浇注料施工方便且速度快，所需施工人员少；浇注体质量稳定均匀，侵蚀速度慢，过铁量高。
This paper describes the application of Al2O3-SiC-C self-flow castable in the tilting trough of No5 blast furnace in Shougang. The application trial shows that the material can be more castly installed with less labor in a shorter period of time in comparision to the vibration castable in use. The self-flow castable installed has a more uniform internal structure, slower corrosion rate and enhanced sorvice life.
