随着信息技术的发展,远程开放教育将成为教育发展的主流模式。而研究信息化服务,是开放教育发展不可缺少的重要环节。在这一环节中,创建《中文期刊资料》数据库,了解数据库是开放教育的特殊需要,掌握文摘数据库的创建步骤,这对开放教育而言是非常重要的。
In developing of computer science, remote and opening education will become the main current of education development, The study on its service plays an indispensable and important link of opening education development .In this part, it is very important of opening education to set up ＂Chinese Periodical data＂; understand it as a special demand of opening education; and manage its establishment steps.
