The development of the education requires the hard work of all educators and the improvement of the educator＇s quality. The requirements of the educator in any country should match the features of the education system. The educator of 21 century faces a stern challenge to self-quality. As long as we enhance the overall quality, the educator can be more competitive on the stage of world education.
