摘要
当会展业面临着良好发展机遇的同时,会展专业人才的培养已成为眼下高等院校的当务之急。要树立会展专业自己的品牌,关键在于突破传统教育的模式,开发新的有特色的教学形式。本文提倡在教学中组建会展教学载体和平台,将理论与实践相结合,培养学生的会展素质,提倡学生学习的主动性、个性化,最终创立会展前沿操作模式,走产学研一体化的道路,塑造有特色的会展专业品牌。
With the great developmental potential of MICE Industry, the training of professional personnel turns into the critical task for the Institution of higher education. In order to set up the name brand of MICE program in University, the focus lies in creative education with characteristics that differs from the mode of traditional education, such as organizing the platform of MICE Education according to the practical mode of companies in MICE Industry. As for how to achieve this aim, this article puts forward the new operational mode, such as practical education, combining theory with practice, promoting the creativity and individuality of the students, creating the method of collaborating and integrating production, education and research together.
