摘要
目的观察补肾育阴汤加服妇复春胶囊对围绝经期综合征患者ET、NO含量的影响。方法将140例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为观察组80例,对照组60例。观察组口服补肾育阴汤加服妇复春胶囊治疗;对照组口服更年康与谷维素治疗。结果治疗后两组NO含量均呈升高趋势,但观察组升高更显著,与治疗前比较,有极显著差异(P<0.01),与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后两组ET含量均呈下降趋势,但观察组降低更显著,与治疗前比较,有极显著差异(P<0.01),与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论补肾育阴汤配合妇复春胶囊能明显调节围绝经期综合征患者血浆ET、NO含量。
Objective. To observe the effect of Bushen Yuyin decoction and Fufuchun capsule on the eontent of endothelin （ET） and nitric oxide（NO） in patients with perimenopausal syndrome. Methods： 140 cases were randomly divided into two groups, observation group had eighty cases treated by Bushen Yuyin decoction and Fufuchun capsule; contyol group had sixty cases cured by Gengniankang and oryzanol. Results： After treatment, the content of ET decreased obviously and NO increased greatly （P〈0. 01） at observation group,while the content of ET decreased and NO increased （P〈0. 05） at control group, observation group had a more excellent change than control group. Conclusion： Bushen Yuyin decoction and Fufuchun capsule can adjust the content of ET and NO obviously.
