摘要
肇始于20世纪20年代的西方企业多元化经营战略,在50-70年代达到高潮,由于许多企业的多元化告之失败,80年代初的美国出现了反混合并购和反多元化战略的呼声与行动,一些企业纷纷放弃多元化的经营战略,实施归核化经营战略。西方从多元化到归核化的战略调整,启示我国企业在实施多元化战略时,必须注重培植企业核心竞争力、建立有效的决策支持系统、确保足够的财力和建立完善的财务制度、构建共同的文化。
In the 20's of the 20th century, the western enterprises started the multiplex management strategy, which reached the peak in the 50-70's. As many enterprises' multiplexing resulted in failure, voices and actions that were countermixed-merger and counter-multiplex-strategy arised at the beginning of the 80's in the US, and many enterprises took the refocusing management strategy instead of the multiplexing one. From the analysis of the strategy adjustment, we may obtain several beneficial points: cultivation of the core competitive power should be paid great attention to; an effective decision-supporting system should be set up; enough financial resources should be ensured; the financial system should be perfected, and a common culture should be constructed.
