摘要
目前,护理人才在我国尚属紧缺人才,护理教育如何适应社会对护理人才素质的要求,是每所学校研究的迫切课题。我院经过近几年的探索取得了一定的成效,主要改革措施为:一是紧紧围绕职业特点制定学分制专业培养计划;二是紧紧依靠行业和行业协会办学,走产学结合的路子;三是精心调整课程结构,强力打造三级平台;四是精心培养三支队伍。
At present, nursing professionals are still greatly needed. It＇s an urgent subject for every school to make nursing education meet the requirement of the society. Our college has achieve a lot after several-year research and the main reform measures are ： firstly, work out a training plan of credit system according to the characteristics of the vocation ; secondly, construct the courses depending on the industry and the association of the industry; thirdly, adjust the structure of curriculum carefully and construct three-scale platform; fourthly, construct ＂three teams＂
