摘要
特殊实验室建设是一类投资大、工程复杂、技术要求高、重复工程少、管理难度大的土木工程建设项目,传统的行政指挥部管理模式和一般的招投标模式不能适应这类工程建设的管理要求。在D-B-B管理模式和CM管理模式的基础上,针对实验室建设项目管理特点,演化构建了一个新型的建设工程项目管理模式,该模式能够减小建设风险、确保工程项目的设计目标和工程质量,特别适用于高校或科研单位重点学科的科学研究专用实验室的建设项目管理。
The special laboratory construction projects is one of the civil engineering projects, that is higher in investment, complex in technique, difficult in manage, and same project is rare. The traditional managing mode by administration headquarters, or simple invite and public biding is not applicable to special laboratory projects. On base of B - D - D model and CM managing model evolve and set up a new type of managing model for lab construction projects, it is suitable to the special lab construction of university and scientific research units, this model can reduce risk, and ensure the construction quality and design target.
