神经─体液ET_1启动、调控与CNS超微结构应变效应综合研究

摘要 为了深入探讨远离大脑局部致伤后CNS总体应变效应,阐明其与神经─体液ET1启动、调控的作用与关系,本研究用放免法和斑点杂交监测了犬双后肢低、高速投射物致伤后血浆、CSF、海马、下丘脑和颞叶灰、白质ET1含量动态变化。结果:高、低速组伤后血浆、CSF、各脑区ET1含量和ET1─mRNA表达水平均显著高于伤前和对照组。血浆、CSF、各脑区ET值相互间均呈显著正相关关系。提示:远离大脑局部致伤后神经─体液ET1含量变化有其自身规律和内在联系,在CNS应变效应的发生、发展病理生理过程中可能起持续而重要的作用。 In order to study whole stress reaction of central nervous system(CNS) in the status of local extremities high energy injury far from brain,to clarify the relation between CNS stress reaction and the initiation, regulation of neurohormonal ET1 We used radioimmunoassay(RIA) and the RNA dot hybridization investigated the ET1 content of the CSF, the serum, the hippocampus, the hypothalamus and the temporal of the dogs with bilateral thigh injuried by low,high velocity ptrojectiles. Result: The ET1 levels of serum,CSF and every cerebral areas were significantly increased both low and high velocity projectiles injuried groups than before injuried and control group. The ET1levels of serum, CSF were significantly positive relationship to the ET1levers of every cerebral areas. Conclusion: CNS can be equally damaged in the specific stress condition of local extremities high energy injury. There are some internal connections and auto-rules in the alternation of neurohormonol ET1 contents, and the changes of neurohormonal ET1 may play a consistent pathophysiological role in the accuring, deveopment of CNS stress damage.
