摘要
锡是世界上重要的战略物资之一,也是一种较为稀少、易干销售、价格较高的矿产品。其资源主要采自砂锡矿床。因此,本文着重对湖南砂锡矿床特征、资源利用现状与远景评价、开发战略及对策等进行综合研究,以提高其社会经济效益。
Placer tin resources are rich in Hunan Province. Its reserves have exceeded one-third of the total tin reserves of the Province. It is one of the important types of tin deposit in Hunan. The placer tin deposits in Hunan have the following advantages: concenstrated distribution, favorable ore-forming conditions, presence of many associated minerals, easy exploration and expoitation and low cost. So it is also one of the important priority ore resources. But it has been little exploited and used. Placer tin and its associated minerals have high potential economic value, so await an urgent exploitation.
According to prediction, tin consumption will increase both at home and abroad, which favours the expoitation of placer tin deposits. In order to bring about development of the economy of Hunan, the author thus puts forwards a strategy of exploitation, that is, trial mining in key placers, exploitation at various administrative levels, association with domestic enterprises and introduction of funds from abroad, and establishment of new ore districts. The emphasis of exploitation is undoubtdly put on the Mt. Dayi metallogenic area where tin resources are the most concentrated. In order to accelerate exploitation, the author proposes the policy of overall planning, strengthened management and exploitation of tin deposits by the country, collectives and individual producers. But 'the Law of Ore Resources' must be carried out. In order to achieve the best socio-economic reSults, it is necessary to do well in comprehensive recovery, utilization and management of the minerals. While doing a good job in the exploitation of tin deposits, it is necessary to actively carry through a policy of association with domestic enterprises and introduction of funds from abroad, develop horizontal economic lies of multiple forms and exploit high-and new-tech tin products so as to construct a new district of tin industry in Hengyang.
