摘要
报道了在环磷酰胺（ＣＰＡ）造成小鼠免疫功能抑制条件下及正常条件下就人参、五灵脂不同剂量配伍前后对小鼠骨髓中有核细胞数，血中红细胞、白细胞数，免疫器官重量，凝血时间等影响的研究成果。结果表明：人参能增加ＣＰＡ作用下骨髓中有核细胞数，五灵脂组及人参、五灵脂１：１及１：２组的影响不明显；在ＣＰＡ及正常条件下，人参组及合剂组均能增加血中红细胞、白细胞数及免疫器官（胸腺、脾脏、肾上腺）的重量，尤以高剂量人参配伍组（２：１）作用明显，五灵脂对上述指标影响不明显，但能延长凝血时间，且配伍人参后比单用时更为显著。
Compatibility of Ginseng and Trogopterus Dung belongs to'nineteen me-dicaments of mutual of mutual antagonism'in traditional theory.This paper deal with thenumber of red blood cell(RBC)and white blood cell (WBC),weight of immune organs andcoagulation time(C.T)of mice in nonnal physiological condition and immunodepressioncondition result from cyclophosphamine(CPA).The resuIts showed that Ginseng and twodrugs used togethen couldincrease the number of RBC and WBC and the weight of immuneorgans in above conditions.But Trogopterus Dung had not obrius effects.Two drugs usedtogether could prolong C.T of mice.
