Thermal Deaerating in the Condenser

摘要 在现代大型电站凝汽式汽轮机组凝汽器设计中,利用联箱使除盐水补给水在接颈上进入,并在联箱上装设多个喷嘴,使除盐水补水充分雾化,与凝汽器进汽强化换热,并增加凝汽器壳体中蒸汽进汽通道,使一部分蒸汽可以直达热井中凝结水表面,对壳体下部的凝结水进行再加热,使凝结水温度达到接近工作压力下的饱和水温度,降低凝结水的过冷度,减少凝结水中含氧量。 The oxygen content in condensate is usually reduced as follows in the design work of the condenser in large modernized power station: Demineralized makeup water entering the header through the condenser neck; some spray nozzles installed in the header atomizing the above-mentioned makeup water which will he heatexchanged with the steam from the condenser; steam inlet channels shall he added in the condenser shell so as to make some steam directly reach the condensate surface in the hot well; the condensate at the lower part of the shell shall he reheated which will make the heated condensate reach the temperature of saturated water under operating pressure and decrease the undercoolin~ degree of condensate.
