摘要
《中华人民共和国农业机械化促进法》在涉及农机产品质量监督、农机推广、国家对农机补贴的规定中,均要求对农机的适用性进行调查、检测和鉴定。本文结合免耕播种机选型试验中,对免耕播种机进行的适用性试验及评价方法的研究、探索和实践,提出了采用性能试验法、用户调查法、跟踪考核法和综合评定法等方法对农机适用性进行评价,并对目前实施农机适用性评价存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决办法。
The Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Promotion of Agricultural Mechanization has been implemented since 1st November 2004, among which, the quality monitoring and extension of agricultural machinery, and public subsidy for farmers to buy agricultural machinery, are all required to do investigation, testing and evaluation on the suitability of agricultural machinery. In this article, several evaluation methods including performance test, user survey, tracking investigation and integrated evaluation are presented to evaluate the suitability of farm machinery through the exploration and practice on machine selection experiment of no-tillage seeder, and some questions in evaluation process are put forward and the corresponding solutions are also given.
