摘要
研制了免耕播种机高抗尘排种监测器,以红外对管作为传感器,在检测电路中将正常排种时产生的脉冲信号与背景直流信号分离,以不同的放大系数放大再合成为一个信号后进行处理,从而提高了脉冲信号与背景直流的对比度,适合小麦等小粒径种子排种检测的需要。试验表明,该监测器在高尘土的免耕作业环境中仍能很好工作。
The dustproof annunciator system is developed for no-tillage planter. Its detection circuit first divides a signal into two components - the impulse, which indicates normal sowing, and the background direct current, then amplifies them respectively with different amplification coefficients, finally they are merged into one signal to analyze. This method improves the contrast between the impulse and the direct current, so the circuit is suitable for detecting smallsized seeds like wheat. The experiment proves that it works well in high-dust circumstance.
