摘要
21世纪卫生事业的需求和现代护理学的发展,向护理队伍建设提出了更高的要求。上海市现有12所市级综合性医院,本文对其中5所综合性教学医院(4所为三级甲等医院)护理队伍的学历、职称结构进行了调查,结果显示:大专以上学历者占整个护理队伍的比例为2.92％;中级职称年龄偏大;高级职称仅为0.31％;45岁以上者,大专以上学历比例极低,只占0.30％,出现了断层现象。作者认为,加强护理队伍建设迫在眉睫,提出了如何改善职称结构,提高学历层次的措施和对策,并讨论预测21世纪上海市医院护理队伍知识结构的发展趋势和构架。
In an investigation of the nursing staff structure of five of Shanghai' s 12 city - level general hospitals, it was found that the percentage (2. 92%) of nurses with college diploma and the percentage (0. 31%) of nurses with high technical titles were undesirably lower than expected and required, for solution of which situation constructive measures are explored so as to improve and enable the nursing staff structure to be suited to present as well as future work tasks in health industry.
