摘要
介绍了在有千余名护士的医院中所构成的护士继续教育体系的基本框架及其特征要点,包括建立了全员培训、全面培训、全程培训的“立体化”教育模式,以岗位.培训为重心,加速了知识向能力的转化;高中文化教育和大专学历教育并举,贯彻了全面素质教育的原则;强化终身教育,立足能力资源的开发,形成了护士继续教育及其支撑条件相互配套、整体协调的合理格局,稳定了护理队伍,使护士继续教育工作进入了良性循环之中。
