摘要
应用５种单克隆抗体，对３４例眼附属器淋巴组织增生性疾病的石蜡标本进行研究。结果表明；１１例恶性淋巴瘤均为单克隆Ｂ细胞性，１４例良性反应性淋巴组织增生中１３例多克隆性，１例为单克隆性Ｂ细胞增生，９例不典型增生中５例为单克隆性Ｂ细胞增生。认为免疫表型分析可作为眼附属器淋巴组织增生性疾病诊断指标，对不典型增生尤其有重要价值。
Paraffin section specimens from 34 cases with ocular adnexal lymphoid infiltrations were stained with 5 monoclonal antibodies The results showed that all 11 cases with malignant lymphoma had B cell monotype;5 of 9 cases with atypical lymphoid hyperplasias and 1 of 14 cases of begnign lymphoid lesions were identified as monoclonal B cell type,others presented polyclonality .The authors concluded that immunophenotype might be served as diagnostic parameter of ocular adnexal lymphoid infiltrations. This technique may be of value in diagnosis of atypical lymphoid hyperplasias.
