口腔扁平苔藓老年患者脉冲YAG激光疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察脉冲YAG激光治疗中老年扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法64例54～72岁的中老年扁平苔藓患者随机分为两组，常规治疗组和脉冲YAG激光治疗组，并随访2年观察其疗效。结果应用脉冲YAG激光治疗扁平苔藓患者可以明显减少激素封闭产生的副作用，并且可以缩短疗程，大大提高扁平苔藓的治愈率（31．25％）及有效率（100％），二者差异显著（分别为P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论脉冲YAG激光临床疗效显著，具有广阔应用前景。
