老年充血性心力衰竭患者血清基质金属蛋白酶的测定及其临床意义 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨老年充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-3和9(MMP-3和MMP-9)浓度的变化与CHF的关系。方法测定50例老年CHF患者及50名正常对照者MMP-3和MMP-9浓度,用超声心动图测定两组患者心脏结构和功能指标,分析血清MMP-3和MMP-9与CHF关系。结果CHF患者血清MMP-3和MMP-9浓度显著高于正常对照者(P<0.01)。血清MMP-3和9浓度与左心室射血分数之间呈显著的负相关。结论MMP-3、MMP-9共同参与老年CHF的发生和发展过程,能反映左室功能障碍程度,基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)在老年CHF心室的重塑中具有重要的作用。
