老年人睡眠质量与生存质量的相关性研究 被引量：21

摘要 目的了解社区老年人的睡眠质量及其与生存质量的关系。方法采用SF-36量表及PSQI量表对广州市社区131名60岁以上老年人进行生存质量与睡眠质量问卷调查。结果有36.6%的广州市社区老年人存在睡眠障碍,老年人的睡眠质量各因子的评分与生存质量各维度的评分呈负相关。结论社会、医疗服务机构、家庭应关注老年人的睡眠问题,积极开展与老年人睡眠质量相关的健康教育和对睡眠障碍进行干预,以提高老年人生存质量。
