摘要
作者对32例早期乳腺癌患者,行乳腺区段切除加腋淋巴结清扫术。术后常规给以放射治疗,腋淋巴结阳性者绝经前给以 CMF 方案化疗,绝经后雌孕激素受体阳性者给以他莫西芬治疗。结果显示早期乳腺癌区段切除加腋淋巴结清扫辅以放疗和化疗或内分泌治疗,局部复发率为6.2%,对生存率无影响,并发症少,而且体型效果好,患者易接受。对局部复发者尚可再行根治手术。结论:乳腺的区段切除加腋淋巴清扫当作为早期乳腺癌的首选术式。
The present 32 cases of early stage breast cancer underwent segmental mastectomy plus axillary dissec- tion and radiotherapy after surgery.CMF chemothera- py was used for premenopausal with positive lymphy nodes,tamoxifen was given for postmenopausal with positive estrogen receptor.The recurrent rate in this group was 6.2%,which is comparable to radical mas- tectomy.The authors came to the conclusion that this modality is the therapy of choice for early stage breast carcinoma for its better cosmetic result.
