流式细胞术和银染核仁区在乳癌诊治中的应用

Application of DNA flow Cytometry and Silver Stained Nucleoar Organizer Regions in Diagnosis of Breast Carcinoma and its Clinical Significancy

摘要 作者对43例乳腺肿物进行 DNA 流式细胞术和 AgNOR 检测。大多数 DNA 异倍体为恶性病变(23/24),良性病变的 SPF 和 PI 与二倍体癌相近,但低于异倍体癌(P>0.05);二倍体癌 SPF 和 PI低于异倍体癌(P<0.001)。异倍体多见于腋淋巴结转移和年轻患者(P<0.05)。半数左右乳腺癌的mAgNOR 高于良性病变的最高值。本研究表明 DNA FCM 和 AgNOR 检测可作为良恶性病变鉴别的参考,异倍体癌临床进程较快,DNA 异倍体和高 S1/S2,mAgNOR 肿瘤有较强的浸润性,但对化疗也较敏感,应考虑行辅助化疗。 Abstract Fourty-three resected breast tumors were studied by DNA flow cytometry (FCM) and AgNOR silver staining technique. Most of the aneuploid were malignant(23/24). The SPF and PI value of benign lesions were similar to the diploid carcinoma, but lower than aneuploid breast cancer(P>0. 05). The SPF and PI in diploid was significantly lower than aneuploid, 8. 440versus 38. 872 and 21. 700 versus 48. 117 respectively(P<0. 001 ). DNA aneuploid was often seen in patients with axillary lymphnodes metastasis and younger patients(P< 0. 05). The mAgNOR was higher in about half of the breast cancers than benign lesions. Our study showed that DNA flow cytometry and AgNOR technique can be used as references in distinguishing the malignant from the benign. The clinical course of aneuploid developed quickly. Tumors with DNA aneuploidy, high Sl/S2 and mAgNOR have strong invasiveness but also sensitive to chemotherapy,so the adjuvant chemotherapy should be used.
