摘要
本文报道４４９例下肢静脉瘀血性溃疡的治疗体会。全组４４９例患者除３例外，溃疡均见于内踝部。通过血管造影可明确引起溃疡的原发疾病。因疾病的发展最终导致深静脉高压而致溃疡，故通过种种手术降低下肢深静脉高压是治疗溃疡的关键；而溃疡周围的交通静脉及浅静脉结扎是必不可少的辅助手术；巨大溃疡可游离植皮或游离皮瓣移植加速溃疡愈合。
Abstract From Jan. 1992 to May 1995, 449 patients with leg venous ulcers were treated at our hospital. Except 3 patients,ulcers were seen near the medial malleolus. By venography, original diseases that causing ulcers can be diagnosied.Since these orginal diseases at last leaded to venous hypertension and then caused ulcers, putting down the venous hypertension by various surgical operations is the key. Ligation of the perforating and superficial veins near the ulcers is of ten necessary. And skin grafting or skin flap transplant will aid in the healing of huge ulcers.
