摘要
通过设计的标准化问卷对山东省疟疾监测中医生的采血查疟标准进行了客观评价。发现按目前医生各自掌握的采血标准,疟疾病人一次性捕捉率仅为56.9％。而推算出的血检总成本很高,平均每发现1名疟疾病人的成本超过4万元,效率极低,现状亟待解决。
