摘要
针对高职院校管理实际 ,提出资源整合战略的 3个侧重点 :一是要注重效率 ,二是要重视无形资源 ,三是要善于利用外部资源。
Based on the higher vocational colleges management reality, this text puts forward the resources integrating strategy shoud emphasize three things： attaching importance to efficiency, thinking much of the invisible resources, and being good at using exterior resources.
