摘要
社区卫生是世界各国普遍关注的发展问题，也得到了我国政府的重视。发达国家的社区卫生形成了一套完整的服务系统，社区居民的保健、疾病的预防和治疗都有一定的程序，经费来源也通过不同方式得到了保证。我国已经建立了一套比较完善的医疗保健服务网络，形成了一支较好的预防保健队伍，具有开展社区卫生服务的基础。妇幼卫生关系到总人口的２／３，妇幼卫生工作在今后的社区保健服务中有举足轻重的地位。开展妇幼卫生社区服务要与妇幼卫生日常工作结合起来，如与母婴保健保偿责任制结合，与托幼机构儿童早期教育结合，与医疗服务相结合等，全面开展妇幼卫生社区服务。
