摘要
上肢严重烧伤病人７３例，原因为电烧伤，热压伤和爆炸伤。３５例经皮瓣修复获满意效果。３８例采用坏死组织脱落、肉芽创面植皮等保守方法治疗，截肢率高，上肢外形及功能差。提示早期清除坏死组织，采用皮瓣复盖创面系治疗上肢严重烧伤的良法。
eventy-three patients whose upper limbs were seriously burned were treated in 8 years.Thereasons of injury were electricity,heat-press and explosion.Among them 35 patients were treat-ed by means of flaps(9 kinds and 44 pieces),satisfying effect was gained.The other 38 patientswere treated by means of eschar dissolution and skin grafting on granulated wound.There was ahigh rate of amputation for this treatment and the function of upper limb was inferior.These re-sults suggest that the management of extended debridement and transplantation of flaps may be agood method to treat serious burns of upper limb.The torso is a go0d donor area for transplant.
