摘要
本文以硅灰石和高岭石、透辉石和高岭石为端元组分,推导了二元假相图。根据这两个假相图,提出了四个基本固相反应。用这些基本反应以及硅灰石、透辉石的矿物学性质,说明了它们对陶瓷坯体工艺性能的作用。
This paper consists of three parts. In the first part, from data on relatively pure wollastonite, diopside and kaolinite determined as end member components by means of DTA, XRD and hot-stage microscopy, the binary pseudophase diagrams of the .wollastonite -kaolinite and the diopside-kaolinite systems are constructed.In the second part, basing on the pseudophase diagrams, four essential solid phase reactions are proposed between wollastonite, diopside and kaolinite. These reactions can be performed thermodynamically.The third part, according to the above-mentioned essential reactions and the mineralogical properties of wollastonite and deopside, we find that these minerals can play their roles in the technical performances of the biscuits containing them. These roles are: (1) lowering the sintering (or vitrifying) temperatures; (2) shortening the firing time of the ceramic mass; (3) decreasing the contraction of the semi-finished articles on firing; and (4) reducing the moisture expansion of the biscuits.
