摘要
体育仲裁是一种特殊类型的仲裁,有其自身的特点和法律属性。体育仲载制度应包含受案范围、仲裁机构、管辖、仲裁程序等内容。为了规范体育仲裁应重视几项工作:必须确保体育仲裁机构的独立,保证仲裁的公正性;建立高效的体育仲裁工作机制,保证仲裁的效率;注重体育仲裁员队伍素质,保证注重仲裁质量。
P.E. arbitration is a special type, with its own features and legal property. P.E. arbitration system should include the scale of action, arbitration organization, jurisdiction and arbitration procedure. To standardize the P.E. arbitration, the independence should be ensured for justice, efficient working system be establisbed for efficiency and the arbitrators be bettered for quality.
