摘要
通过在省内建立11个计划免疫综合监测点,利用县级防疫站工作人员日常对乡级计免工作的监督机制与本监测内容结合起来,对接种率采取定期调查、不定期抽查、常规报告、儿童漏卡率调查及估计接种率的监测,并运用几何均数法进行综合评价。结果综合评价的接种率一般要比过去常用的定期调查的接种率低6%～14%,与实际情况较为符合。
Comprehensively, this paper evaluated the actual vaccination coverage rates in Jiangsu province, using geometric averages to weigh vaccination coverage rates through a) regular and irreqular investigation b) conventional report rates and c) registration rates of children at the right age of vaccination. Results showed that the comprehensive method of using vaccination coverage rates for evaluation was better than the conventioned index which had been used before.
