摘要
为探讨前列腺特异性抗原（ＰＳＡ）在体内的代谢变化，采用放射免疫法随机测定１５例前列腺增生患者前列腺摘除前后血清ＰＳＡ值。结果术前平均１９．３３±１５．３９ｎｇ／ｍｌ，术后平均３３．７６±１６．８３ｎｇ／ｍｌ。由此表明前列腺体积与ＰＳＡ浓度呈正相关，前列腺摘除后ＰＳＡ明显上升，２～３周降至正常，ＰＳＡ的半衰期为３．１５±１．３９ｄ。
The serum level of prostatic specific antigen (PSA) was measured in 15 patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) before and after prostatectomy. The resuIt showed that the gland volume was positive correlated with the concentration of PSA. The postoperative serum level of PSA increased signicantly. The half-life time of PSA was 3.15±1.39 days.
