摘要
人口和计划生育科技创新人才的培养是一项系统工程,其中信息素质培养和受教育程度致关重要。本文通过分析信息化社会对科技创新人才的要求,以及信息素质教育与创新人才培养的关系,结合我国当前人口和计划生育科技队伍人员素质现状和工作要求,提出要切实加强信息素质教育,提高科技人员的信息意识和信息能力,促进创新型人才的培养,实现我国人口和计划生育科技事业可持续发展。
To cultivate S＆T innovation person of population and fnmily planning is a kind of systematic project, in this project, the cultivation of information quality and education is very important. This paper analysis the requirement of informational society to S＆T innovation person, and analysis the relationship of information quality education and the cultivation of innovation person. According to the situation of staff quality of population and family planning S＆T team in our country and the demand of work, we suggest that it should strengthen informational quality education, enhance the information awareness and ability of S＆T staff, and promote the cultivation of innovational person, to implement the constant development of population and family planning S＆T industry of our country.
