摘要
为了解决单卷筒绞盘机钢索自动回空问题,在单卷筒小型绞盘机的基础上增设一个摩擦卷筒,它可灵活地与绞盘机主机进行拆装,实现了一机多用。该机采用齿形带和摆动链轮少齿差减速器结构,具有体积小、重量轻、牵引力大等特点,经皆伐小集中作业及接运材作业试验表明,生产效率比人力提高3.26倍,成本降低11%;比畜力作业提高2.25倍,成本降低40%。该机已获中国实用新型专利,并批量生产。
For solving the problem of automatic race returning on single roll winch,the friction roll is mounted based on it.It can flexibly assemble and disassemble with main winch and realize the multi-function.As the gear-belt and swing chain wheel reducer being used,the winch has the feature of small in volume, light in weight and great in traction force.The experiment of clear cutting system as well as taking and transmission system shows that its productivity is 3.26 times greater than man power,but the cost is decreased 11 percent,and 2.25 times greater than animal power,the cost is about decreased 40 percent.It has been given the national practical and new model patent and produced in batch.
