摘要
对兴凯湖松健株和被松栎柱锈菌(Cronartium quercuum)侵染的病株种子根尖细胞,做显微观察及核型分析。结果表明:兴凯湖松被 C.quercu-um 侵染后,其细胞分裂相减少,分裂相细胞粘滞性增强。细胞核型由对照的4A 变成4B,但细胞染色体数目和核型构成没有发生变化。
The microscopical observation and karyoltype analysis of embryo root cells of healthy Xingkai Lake pine and Xingkai Lake pine infected by Cronartium quercuum were conducted.The results show that the dividing phase of embryo root cells decreases and the viscidity of dividing phase increases when Xingkai Lake pine infected by C.quercuum.The karyoltype changes from the contract 4A to 4B,but the numbers of cell chromosome and karyoltype component do not change.
