摘要
1992年和1994年分别利用荧光染色法和电导法,对低温逆境下长白落叶松花粉生命力及雄球花的电导率进行研究。结果表明:同一无性系的花粉在不同低温条件下,用相同的时间处理,花粉生命力差异显著,在0~—3℃温度范围内花粉生命力最高,高于或低于这一温度范围,花粉生命力降低;同一无性系的花粉在同一低温条件下,随着冰冻时间的延长生命力逐渐降低;在相同低温下处理花粉.湿度是影响花粉生命力的主要因子;长白落叶松的不同发育期对低温抗性差异显著,靠近散粉期的雄球花抗性差;无性系个体间抗性不同;采用化学处理可提高落叶松对低温的抗性。
The pollen life-force and male cone's electric conductivity of Larix olgensis in the condition of low temperature adversity were respectively measured by means of fluorescent dying method and conductivity method in 1992 and 1994. The results indicate that if the same clonal pollen are treated with equal time in different low temperature,there are significant differences in pollen life-force, the pollen life-force value is the largest between 0~-3℃,higher or lower the range of temperature,the pollen life-force will decrease,the measurement of electric conductivity of male cone proves that the low temperature of below -3℃ is the main reason that the cell membrane is damaged and the pollen life -froce decreases;the same clonal pollen life-force in the same low temperature will gradually decrease with the increasing of freezing time;if pollen is treated with the same low temperature,the moisture content is the main factor affecting pollen life-force;there are significant differences in Larix olgensis's resistance against low temperature in its different stage of growth,the male pollen's resistance near pollen-spreading period is low;the resistance is different within clones;the resistance against low temperature in Larix olgensis can be increased by means of chemical treatment.
