摘要
华盛顿脐橙鲜花经水蒸气蒸馏制取精油，得率０．０４％。我们应用气相色谱及气相色谱／质谱联用仪分析，共检出４８个组分，鉴定出已知化合物３５个，占精油成分全量的９９％，主要化学成分为香桧烯，柠檬烯，榄香醇，ｔ－β－罗勒烯，月桂烯，芳樟醇，ｔ－ｔ－金合欢醇，β－蒎烯，蒈烯－４，α－蒎烯，蒈烯－３，β－石竹烯，α－松油烯，异松油烯等。精油香气清幽，可广泛用作调配食品。
The extracted ratio of ethereal oil from the flower of Washington naval by steam distillation was 0.4% Using the mathods of GC,GC/MS/DS,48 compositions were selected out,in which 35 known compositions were identified,it occupied 99% of total contents of refined oil.They are sabinene,limonene,elemol,t β ocimene,myfrcene,linalool,t t farnesol,β pinene,carene 4,α pinene,carene 3,β caryophyllene,α terpinene,terpinolene,c t farneol,c β farnesene,β elemene et al.The fragrance of ethereal oil is light,and it could be used in food,daily chemical necessitives and dressings.
